A CELEBRATION. (Press Association. —Copyright.i LONDON, March 8. Six hundred Liberals tendered a luncheon to the Premier at Covent Garden to celebrate the Parliament .Act. Mr A~quith, in responding, said he was hopeful of the strike being honourably settied. The Liberals had never pictended that the Parliament Act was not a means to other ends. A LAND MARK. The Parliament Act was an enormous step in advance.
