PARTICULARS OF THE WAIRAU PETITION.

ELECTION EXPENSES ASKED FOR. (United Press Association.) DUNEDIN. This Day. In the Wairau petition, after an argument, the Judge made an order for particulars as to the election expenses to the best of petitioners' knowledge and belief; also that petitioners are precluded from giving evidence in support of any charge or case in which particulars had not been delivered, except by consent of the trial Court, particulars to be supplied on or before Saturday next. The cost of the summons to be paid by the petitioners to respondent.
