Chairman of tihe Racing Commission, stating that the. Corn-mission had no intention of transgressing the laws of the House in the memorandum submitted on Friday. 1 Any such, transgression ''was purely an inadvertency.
The Wellington City Erapow: ring Act Amendment Bill was read a third time. The Mount Hutt County and MohaJia County Bills were rejected. Various keal measures w* re dealt with and the House, at 1.30. adjourned till 7.30 p.m.
