DEATH OF A WOMAN. C'HRISTCHURCH. Sunday. A married woman named Ellen Egan. aged 55 vears, was found dead about- 6 a.m. to-<lay in her home. At the inquest John Egan state that his mother seemed in her usual health last night. Dr. W'hetter. wk-o was summoned to the house, and who had made a. postmortem examination, said death was due heart- failure from degeneration accelerated by excessive indulgence- in alcohol,. A verdict to that effect was returned.
