French (chairman), T. 'Miayo,. W. Leimie, J. Thomson, ,A. Drurnimond senr., iR. Bate, R. Irwin, E. Robinson and W, .A. Ryder. Mr. .Drurhiripnd was re-elected Treasurer and iMr. Thomson 'Secretary. •• The niiinutes of the last meeting' were read, nd confirmed, ■. A donation of £3. was received from th-e Motueka Dra--matic Society .towards .the organ fund, 'and a hearty, vote of thanks was accorded the Society for. same. ; Owing to continuous w>et weather, the receipts of the month \ showed a small deficiency. "■■■-, It was resolved that, the collections, at both services next Sabbaith should be given to the Sunday. School. ._,'., : . Messrs ■W. Lennie and E. •Robinson -were appointed to. attend to the lighting during the ensuing q/ua-rter. .( A motion cif deep , sympathy. ■was passed to Mr. 3J.
