It is reported that when Tripoli and Cyrenaiea have been occupied, Italy in November will send an ultimatum to the orte asking it to accept the .-it nation with financial compensation. If the ultimatum is rejected some Islands in the Aegean Sea will be .seized, Smyrna blockaded, and compensation will not only be withheld, but a war indemnity will be demanded.
