The total quantity of wheat and flour afloat for the United Kingdom is 3,090,000 quarters; and for the Continent 2,400_C>00 quarters. Atlantic shipments are 95.000 quarters. The total shipments to Europe amounted lo 1.250,000 quarters, including Argentine 129 000. Russian, 25.000 Danubian 39,'000, Ur.dian 174,000, and Australasian S7OOO quarters. Silver is at 24 5-16 d an ounce. WELLINGTON FRUIT AND PRODUCE MARKETS. The New Zealand Farmers' Co-oper-ative Distributing Co., Ltd., report under date June 30: — Potatoes show every sign of a decided weakening in and from reliable reports we gather that farmers are holding back supplies to an extent unwarranted by <the season's outlook.
