VAST AREA OF UNSETTLED LAND. Press Association. —Copyright. (Rec. 9.30 a.m.) MELBOURNE, Tuesday. Returns show that the Northern Territory is 3.15.] 17,000 acres, of which only 474,000 acres are alienated. Excepting township allotments most of the alienated lands are within 50 miles of Port Darwin.
