LATER DEVELOPMENTS.
GLASGOW DOCKERS. ADVISED TO RETURN TO WORK. ON THE "MARKING TIME" PRINCIPLE. (Received July 4. 9.30 a.m.) LONDON, Monday. All dockers at Glasgow have struck. The Seamen's Union advise them to return to work, taking eight minutes to sling bales instead of five, and generally to work according to the wages paid. It is expected that work will shortly be resumed.
