SYDNEY, Friday. : After a continuous' sitting of thivtyfive> hours, the Assembly, at 5 o'clock tonight, carried the second (reading of the Arbitration; Bill' by 40 votes to 30. ■ •; At the'annual conference of the Liberal anrl Reform Association', Mr Wade, Leader of the Opposition, declared; that the Liberals were thoroughly organised and ready for a new parliamentary campaign. There was no room for a tfaiird party in. the State. <awd ; those who were not with the Liberals were .against them.
