SMALL CRAFT"HINDERED. GISBOKNE. Friday. Stormy weather has prevailed here for the la-st few days, heavy seas 'prevailing along the coast. The small coifstal steamer Fanny has been in port three days. She has made two attempts to get away for Napier, but on each occasion she was compelled to return. Todav she got tout into the Bay from the river, but heavy seas broke over her and shifted the deck hamper. The vessel returned to port. The weather tonight shows some signs of moderating.
