NON-COM REGULARS SENTENCED. FOR STEALING PROM COLONIALS Pbks3 Association. —Copyeighi. (Ree. June 29, 9.30 a.m.) LONDON, Wednesday. Two iion-commissioned officers of the regulars have been sentenced to two months' hard labour for stealing money and jewellery from the tents of colonial officers -at Chelsea during the Coronation procession.
