The Wellington Licencing Committee refused a renewal of a wholesale license to A. K Schuvtxe, on the grounds—(l) That the lieenpeo had sold' quantities of liquor less tha.n two gallons at one time to one person; (2) that the lieeneee had supplied liquor in large quantities to a. person convicted' of s-iollin.g liquor without a license, and had kept no record by name of t : hese sales in his books.
