PROBABLE CHANGES. {United Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Micmd'ay. Regarding the future of the New Zealand Rifle Association the "Post" understands that a change is already foreshadowed by the Commandaiut, to be brought about .gradually. The first step i-s to be at the next aim mail meeting at Tremtham, whan four will be devoted to mat till es under service conditions, and lour days to matches at fixed targets. There will be a D'o/minio.n Rifle Association district and group rifle association's dm each military district. The Dominion Association will have the 'Governor as 'patron; the Minister of Defence as vice-patron; the Adjutant-Gene-ral, the Director of Military Training, the Director of Military Operations as vice-presidents ; amd ex-ofriceas a.s members of the CounniJ, wihridh will consist- of ten members, two from eaich district, nominated by the officer commanding the district, and two selected by the ■Oclmmanclaiut. A committee of two will he appointed; in each district to manage the district associations.
