Mv Burlace, Superintendent of mo Sunday School, and Mrs I'urlaeo and Mis.* L. C.mall. teachers-, are to be ccugrat ulated on. the su cress of the gathering. They had prepared the children .to re.eile and *'i»g .suitable pieces and .hymns with good effect, and 1 , in acldlitiom one or two adulit fiien'da gave recitations and ad. dresses, thus- .helping to make th-e ''.meeting" a very .happy and profitable time.

Mr G. S. Haycock, who had formerly for 27 years been teacher and Superintendent of the Sunday School, was Chairman' of'the meeting. -In his opening remarks, he referred to his former happy experiences in the fchool 'which was started by the late Mr L. Bryant and others about 40 years .ago, and' after his death was carried on by Mrs Bryant. assisted bv several others including the) late Mr T. New/th and! Mr E. S. Fairey. The Chairman also read a lottc'i- reedived' that day from Mrs Bryant, senior, expressing pleasure that the s-chool is «tiU carried oil', and l greetings and kind) wishes to those assembled at the meeting", also' regretting inability to be; present.
