A KING PROSECUTION (United Press Association .J TE KUITI Friday. At the Magistrate's Court L. D. Nathan and Co., of Auckland, were charged on three charges with sending liquor into the King Country- without iurmahing the quantity to the Clerk- of - .the Court. The reoresentatives of the dp fendants said that they had adopted the same practice as in Ohinemuri, and had the police asked for specific quantij ties the firm would have complied.
