COLLISION NEAR NEWCASTLE (N.S.W.)
TRUCKS TELESCOPED AND SMASHED. NO LIVES LOST. (Received 9.30 a.m.) SYDNEY, Tuesday. "A Sydney train of coal tracks out of control at Adamstown, near Newcastle, crashed into the dead end of a locomotive left- on the rails and toppled over a fence alongside the line. Two trucks. ~ Were telescoped and slashed into match, wood. The-driver and fireman jumped ImmediateLy- before the crash, and both were uninjured.
