THE AUCTIONEERS ACT.
SELLING WITHOUT RESERVE. AN AUCKLAND PROTEST. (United Press Association.) AUCKLAND, Friday. A meting of the Auctioneers' Association passed a resolution'expressing regret that in the Auctioneers' Act Amendment Act a/ clause had been introduced compelling the seller of fish, fruit, and vegetables to sell without reserve, and instructing the committee to use every effect to get the clause repealed.
