Underwriters are unable to explain the report that the English Association had decided to charge extra insurance on vessels of the Australian and N- w Zealand refrigerating trade owing to legislation. Th-ey state that the action taken is probahly rather because of the lack of suitable legislation, the underwriters desiring an Act providing for the better supervision and handling of meat.
