Miss Effie King; duet, Miss Delaney and Mr Chinn; duet, Mr and Mrs Maden; song, Mr West; song, Mr Fowler: recitation, Mr H. Riley; quartette, Mrs Maden, Miss Nalder, Messrs A. Diamond, and Maden; duet, Miss Malloy,' and Mr Ching; song, Mr Kcoghan and Co. During the evening the Chairman presented the 'trophies won by members in the firing contests to Messrs C. Curnow, F. Field, P. W. Batt, and A. Diamond, the donors being Messrs Brown and Kerr, Snodgrass and Son, 6. Field, C. Ournow, and S. Siramisr.. The evening was concluded with a ball and supper, the miricians being Messrs Keoghan and M'Ncil, and the M.C. Mr P. M'Kay. This (Saturday) ( the Club will lirn a match against tile Takaka Mounted Rifles, and eve'ry provision is being made for a successful outing. The annual meeting of the Waim»a Rifle Volunteers will be held at Spring Grove on Monday next, at 7.30 ip.m.
