The "Times' " Berlin correspondent says the vessel represents the beginning of a batch of four Dreadnoughts without awaiting possible improvements in type. Hence arrangements are possible at any time for three of the same type hereafter embodied in the estimates for the financial year. Germany has now 13 Dreadnoughts and four invincible s built or building.
