Nobody actutllly law tho.accident; but it appears that" Mr Hulston fell on his head, surviving the fall only about fifteen minutes. He was loading hay at the time.- Mr Hulston was fifty-six years ' of jago, ' and married. A married! man, aged 50, named Geo. \ Kirtona platelayer, who resided with his family atrAddingtoh, arrived home afbout five o'clock. last evening; Picking up a jug from the table, 'he took a draught of the contort ts; but at once detected that the contents were , not drinkable. He soon became very ill. It was ascertained that -the. jug -had. contained a solution for killing weeds;' • : Kirtoh was removed to .the Hospital, wtere ie.--fied shdftljr After 8 o'diock. At tho .inquest on James ilcLeafl, who died. at the Hospital from the effects of morphia, adriiihisterfid to easa . pain, caused 1 "by accidentally falling off a load of hay and striking a post, a verdict of accidental .deathwiis t6- - turned, with a rider adding that tho morphia had 'been administered in a v scientific and carefnl manner.
