HARMONIC SOCIETY'S CONCER

Oh Thursday evening next, the Nelson Harmonic- Society will render Mendelssohn's great oratorio, "Elijah,' for the Christmas concert. The soloists will be Miss Vera Bamford, Miss Morrison (the w.el-known Blenheim contralto), Mr de Looze, and Mr Kidson. The final rehearsal; for the orchestra at 7.30 and chorus at 8, will be held to-morrow evening.
