A RESXJLTLESS CONFERENCE. (Pbess Association.— Copyright.) (Reccivod July 'Ji l 3.40 a.m.) LONDON, Wednosday. The subcommittee of the Scottish masters and miners have failed to agree. The men's delegates were very determined owing to the result of the strike ballot, and the employers resolved that no further concessions would be made. The Conference will bo resumed to-morrow, Mr Churchill, President of the Board of Trade, presiding.
