A large arid : enthiisiastic gathering greeted the;: Citizens"' Band for ,the opening night' of its bazaar in the Theatre Royal and Oddfellows' Hall last: evening. [. members gave their services gratui- \ tously for the love of music and for ' the public. Tho band was a' voluntary • institution, and it was one of tho I very best 'things for the city.
