ARREST OF LEMOINE. (Passa Association. — i/jptauup (Received April 16, 855 a.m.) PAKIS, Thursday. Lemoine, the "diamond-maker," who escaped while awaiting tiial, has been arrested in the Rue d e "Wagram, Paris. He has been living in a hotel since Friday disguised and under an assumed name. After his flight he went to Sofia, Buda-Pesth, Vienna, and Trieste. He had been in London, since November.
