THE MOROCCAN AGREEMENT. [Peess Assocu.j.i<jk. — Copxbiqht.] LONDON; Saturday. The "Daily Mails Fez correspondent reports that despite the FrancoGerman agreement of February, providing for equality of treatment of the respective nations in connection with concessions, the German Consuls havo received confirmation of three concessions for mining rights granted to Messrs Mannesman, a German firm, by Mulai Hafid before his recognition as Sultan. Tho incident threatens a renewal of the controversy.
