Mr Kinsey stales that there is no intention to sell the Niimod in Austr*'u. After hei stay in Sydney she wili leave for Enijand. Mr S. Richardson has joine<l the Niimod as second I mate. He was formerly a mate in tho service of the P. and* 0. Company, but he came out from Home in the serviec of the Union Company. Until a few weeks ago he was third mate of tile steamer Waihora, but he has re.-igned from the Union Company's service to return to England
