ALLEGED SUBORNATION.
FUnited Press Afeociatioj- • DUNEDIN, Wednesday. At the Police Court to-day Michael O Donnell was committed for trial on a, charge of wilfully attempting to defeat tho ends of justice by offering a brio-e to Charles Aberhethy. The evidence was to the effect that accused offered Abcrnethy £25 if he would get bi6 daughter, who was a witnesß in a case against the accused's son, not to identify the latter.
