Section 83 of "The Municipal Cor-porations-Act, 1908," and Sections 48 ; taW of "The Rating Act, 1908," the following WATER RATES in respect of the ordinary supply be made and levied for the period commencing on the first day of -April, 1909, and ending on fhe.- ; 3lst day of March, 1910, payable in two equal- instalments on the 26th day of ' April,. 1909, and on the Ist day of October, 1909:— • 1. Upon all Lands and Buildings to which water is supplied, the rate- .
