[United Press Association.] AUCKLAND, Tuesday. The Fire Brigades' Conference was r^uni'd to-day, the President (Fireman (!. V\ ildish, of Gisborne), occupying the chair. It was decided that in future al. officials and judges attending the annua demonstration should be provided with first-class boat passages. A vote ol .thanks was passed in appreciation of th< Government in granting facilities foi five travelling on the railways.
