THE DEPOSITION OF YUAN-SHI-KAI. [Phess Association.— Copyhioht.] PEKIN, Wednesday. Yuan-shi-kai, the deposed Minister, has started for Hanan. hi.* native place. LONDON, Wednesday. Sir Edward Grey, Foreign Secretary, regards in a serious light the .situation that Yuan-shi-kai's downfall creates, and hi view of the danger to foreign interests it involves. Sir John N. Jordan, the British Minister, is in communication with Sir Edward Grey, with .a view of making representations at Pekin. TOKIO, Wednesday. It is not believed in Tokio that the downfall affects the relations between China nnd Japan.
