CHRISTOHUECH, Tuesday.
There is damp weather for the second ballot to-<lay in the Avon district. There is not much excitement, and the polling is not expected to be heavy, fllr Tanner's (G.) chance is considered the better of the two, Mr Russell (Q.) being the other candidate.
