Mr Phillips, the Opposition, candidate for Waitemata, who has a lead of over 909 over Mr -Napier (Government), ' should win the seat the, second ballot. Mr Poland may be regarded as an almost certain wihner at Ohinemuri, and Mr Mac Donald at Say of Plenty should also hold his own. ,
