THE ACCUSED SENTENCED TO DEATH. TRIAL DURING ABSENCE. - (Tbess Association.— CopraiQHT] (Received Oct. 29, 8.35 a.m.) PARIS, Wednesday.' A man named Desbron, otherwise known as G-uerin, was charged with committing a murderous assault on Dr. Herbert near Pountainbleau in November, 1906. Though not arrested Desbron has been tried at the Seine et Marne Assizes, found guilty, and sentenced to death.
