THE NATIVE LAND LAWS.
PROBABLE CODIFICATION. [United Press Association.] WELLINGTON, Tuesday. Replying to a deputation which urged that the Government should have the multiplicity of Acts dealing with Native lands consolidated, the Prime Minister to-day stated that it was almost certain that a Commission would be .appointed to codify the la-n-a and remove tlic present chaotic condition of things.
