Fisher, of the Farmers' Arms Hotel, was fined £50, with costs, for seUing liquor in a no-license district. Owing to a previous conviction not having been recorded, the Magistrate could only deal with the case as with a first conviction, i David Riddie, junior, for unlawfully procuring liquor, was fined £3, with coats.
