Horablow, proprietor of the Manawatn. "Heraia," a claim of £501 damages, alleged libel, stated that the action had been withdrawn, the defendant having admitted that the muendoes complained of in the article were capable of. bearing' the obstruction .placed upon them by the plaintiff, but that they were not intended.
