[Uhtisd Pbess Association.] DUNEDIN, Wednesday. The Education Board has passed a nasolxtyion expressing satisfaction that ■tbe Minister has at last granted £350 for an additional room at the Forbury school, but expressing regret that- the Minister did not accept the recommendation "of the Board in the first place. The Bpard protested emphatically against the . course pursued by the Department of Education ia "remitting a determination of' the matter to an official as implying want of confidence in the Board and its officers, and a violation of their rights. ■
