REFORMS IN MACEDONIA.
A BRITISH PROPOSAL. (Press A33ociation.— Coptrioht.) (Received March 13, 8.40 a.m.) LONDON, Thursday. Sir Edward Grey's not& to the Powers suggested the appointment of a Gover-nor-General of Macedonia, Christian, or Mahommedan, for a term of years, the appointment to be on the lines of the Governorship of Lebanon. The proposal has created a sensation in Austria, where it is believed that Sir Edward Grey has already secured the support of Russia and France, and probably Italy.
