Wildtilan, juhr., captain ot the steamer Kennedy, was charged, on the information of the Collector of Customs, with having proceeded to sea without the full complement of seamen provided by the Shipping alld teamen's Acl. . Mr W. Rogers appeared to plead guilty, but was informed that he -could not appear as he had no status, and a solicitor was required, • Mr Hayes, who Waß in Court, came to the rescue arid pleaded guilty pro forma.
