A PRINCE IN DISGRACE. LONDON, Thurs. The ".Standard" states that the Kaiser, heaving of a scandal, dismissed Prince Frederick Henry, the late Regent of Brunswick's son, from the army, tore the decorations from his breast, and ordered him into exile. The "Daily Express' says that Prince Frederick Henry has been hitherto considered the most pious member of the family. The Kaiser, after degrading him, soundly boxed his ears, when Prince Frederick burst into tears and qnitted the Palace without a word. He is now in a remote part.
