NATIVE LABOUR. LISBON, Saturday. It is stated at Lisbon that a Portuguese Chargo d'Affaires will be appointed t othe Transvaal to superintend the immigrtaion of Zambesi natives engaged to work in mining. The Johannesburg correspondent of the "Daily Mail" reports tbat the Queen of Swaziland is prepared to cede to Transvaal one third of her country, comprising an area of high mi!neral worth, for a subsidy of £4UUO per annum.
