P.S. —There were some typographical errors in my letter published last night, the principal one being the omission of the word "through," which destroyed the point I waa wishing to emphasise. The fall of Adam was an accepted fact amongst the Jews, which accounted for Jesus not teaching it. The sentence should read, " But though He did not teach the fall of man as given in Genesis, He endorsed the authenticity of that book as the Word of God by accepting the account of Noah's Flood and other histories contained in it. Had the fall of man been untrue He who was " The Truth " would have denounced it as untrue. Instead, we Christians believe with St. Pau', "As in Aiam all die, so in Christ shall all be mads alive." " The first man is of the earth earthy; the socond man is the Lord from Heaven." (15th to Ist Corinthians, 2 and 45).
