AUCKLAND, Monday, lhe Nautical Court of Inquiry into the wreck of the barque Wai-iti on January 28th, found that Captain Cormack showed an error of judgment in unmooring the vessel from the wharf without the aid of a tug, and that he was guilty of negligence in not taking steps to keep the barque upright when she took ground.
