A BOER PROTEST.
(Received November 30, 8.35 a.m.) LONDON, Thursday. The Executive Council of the Nationalist Party at Pretoria, protest against the alleged provisions of the Transvaal Constitution vesting the control of natives and Asiatics in the Iniperal 'Government, and excluding Swaziland from the control of the Transvaal.. Mr Churchill, Under-Secretary for the Colonies, states that the Imperial Government intends to continue State aid in the repatriation of Chinese at their own request. . Arrangements to terminate the Chinesa system expeditiously must be considered as a whole when the colony is endowed with responsible Government, and no single part could be determined separately beforehand. = I
