NAVAL CONFERENCE AT SINGAPORE. Early next year the "three Admirals" from Australia, China and the East Indies, are to as emble at Singapore for tho annual conference. Vice-Ad-miral Sir William H. From Colombo Rear-Admiral Poe will likely take the Hermes and the Fox to Singapore. Ab to the matter of the plans and problems to ba discussed by the three Admirals, that is an affair between them and the Admiralty alone. It is possible that they may have bcforo them, in outline, the chief features of tho recommendations of the Defence Committee for Hcng Kong. Singapore, and Colombo.
