NAVAL CHANGES IN ENGLAND.
(Received Dec. 14, 8.15 a.m.) luONDON, Yesterday. It is officially announced, that" Admiral Edward Seymour succeeds Sir Nowell Salmon as Admiral of the Channel Fleet in February next. Admiral Beaumont succeeds * Admiral Seymour as Commander-in-Chiof at Plymouth, and Prince Louis of liatterfrxTg commands the second cruiser squadron.
