THE CHAD WICK FRAUDS IN AMERICA.
(Belelved Dec. 14, 9.28 a.m.) NEW YORK, Yesterday. The "New York Globe," referring to the Chad wick frauds, states that the woman Chadwick "dined" and "wined" financiers, allowing them to associate with young girts in compromising oircumstances, awi then she blackmailed them. The Grand Jury have indicted Chadwick on charges of forgery amd uttering. (Earlier reference to the frauds will be found among the cablegrams on the 4th page of this issue.) ...
