ATTACK ON THE NEGRO QUARTER THE MILITARY~CALLED OUT. (Received March 10, 8.46 a.m. NEW YORK, Yesterday Aftar yesterday's lynching of the negro at Springfield, Ohio, two thousand whites, carrying torches and revolvers, invaded the negro section of Springfield and burned twenty houses. Eight companies of militia have been summoned to restore order.
